With two Masters degrees in Design and Education, she recently completed post-graduate studies in behavioral economics to understand how people think and make decisions.
Her most recent achievement includes creating a DEIB Toolkit and Online Facilitation Framework. This toolkithas earned her prestigious awards such as the TUA Professor Susan Holland Here for Good Award, a national Excellence in Teaching Award from ACUADS, The Council for Universities, and Design Schools, along with a high commendation at the ATEM Awards for its innovative approach to DEI.
She has presented insights on fostering DEI best practices for 21st-century learners at the TUA L&T Symposium, AAIN Roundtable Forum, Edutech Singapore, and ICEdtech Melbourne. Through her work in design, education, and DEI, Cheri is dedicated to creating inclusive, socially just, and equitable futuresfor all.
