I’m Tina Gada ( She/ Her ), a senior user experience designer from Dallas who is passionate about enhancing user experience in the fintech industry.

Transforming user experience to drive business success - increased customer retention, revenue growth, and profitability. Spearheaded high-impact redesign at Vanguard, boosting product usage and satisfaction.

I am an industry thought leader and public speaker and mentored 15K+ young professionals globally. For my work advocating inclusive, empowering technology, I have been ranked a top 1% UX mentor.

I was drawn to user experience design early on by experiences of complex systems failing people I care about. Seeing loved ones struggle through humiliation or difficulty accessing services has instilled the personal values I bring to design - it has to put human needs first.

My vision is for ethical, transparent AI and autonomous systems that uplift society. Technology built with care and conscience amplifies inclusion, protects privacy, and supports mental health. I want to inspire the next generation of diverse designers to realize this future with me.
