His primary focus is on harnessing the potential of grassroots innovations to address local challenges and create livelihood opportunities.
Dr Maurya has extensively travelled across and worked in all the States and Union Territories of India, building case studies on grassroots technological innovations, identifying technological interventions, networking with eco-system partners or sharing his learnings with others. He actively contributes to Faculty/Innovation/Entrepreneurship Development programs, imparting his knowledge and expertise to nurture the next generation of innovators.
Dr Maurya has also served as an adjudicator in the international BRICS Innovation Competition and various other Innovation & Start up competitions. A TEDx speaker, Dr. Maurya embraces a philosophy of lifelong learning, viewing every interaction and activity as a potential learning opportunity.
