After studying urban planning in China, Xinye graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a Master’s degree in Architecture.
By synthesizing Eastern philosophy, advanced soft/hardware technologies, the Chinese concepts of Wuxing and Yinyang, her meditation practices, twenty-seven years of guzheng experience, and her chanting, her work orchestrates immersive multi-sensorial spaces that rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul.
Xinye’s work has been showcased in prestigious exhibitions, including the NYC Artwalk in Times Square, the CICA Museum in South Korea, and the Digital Graffiti Festival in Florida. She has received accolades from numerous organizations, such as the United Nations Economic and Social Council, the Cooper Hewitt Museum, RISD XYZ Magazine, the Hong Kong Biennale, and the Boston Art Festival ILLUMINUS.
