Soon, people recognised my work and it boosted my business and turned it into a company oriented towards sustainable custom wallpapers that are recognised by dreamy designs that tell a story. For me it was something I loved and cared about greatly and I communicated it outwards through my social channels (how I started my business, my journey, how to help small businesses, what obstacles they need to resolve and how to do it...) I was talking about those topics from heart, wanting nothing in return, just sharing my stories. What I perceive till date as my greatest achievement is not my design business per se, but the inspiration that I've shred. Often people who I don' know in person, contact me to tell me how my journey inspired them to start their own business and that I served as a role model for such a venture. This bring great joy to my heart especially knowing that I've influenced people to step out of their comfort zone, something that I personally struggled with the most before starting my professional career.
STATEMENT OF ART:I perceive design as a unity of form and emotion. Design needs to tell a story and connect with the user but also be functional and sustainable. In my work, I always try to emphasise through design and tell a story that drives the prospector inwards. Also, I take great care about how the product feels to touch and what it is built of (eco-friendly materials).
