allow my emotions to get a free flow …..
correct myself with fresh learning from this universe!
In fact, to confess, to learn humility I went to nature, stood in front of The Himalayas and from then, I got hooked to landscapes! Later Fine Arts came in although Travel Photography was always a constant companion as my profession made me a perpetual traveler.
Though I started my journey in photography in 1978 with a point and shoot camera, I only started participating in Salon Competitions from 2013. I received EFIAP and GPU Crown 2 in 2017.
And friends started encouraging to participate in Professional Circuits. Recognitions started coming from MIFA, IPA and Px3 etc. Publications too followed with NatGeo, Dodho and Lonely Planet etc.
And, all of them are mostly landscapes and travel with current additions in Fine Arts.
To me, creation is a fun and there should not be any defined medium for that! I chose camera but someone may be with a brush or a chisel!
Photography to me is path to express my inner cry! It is an obsession!
I am still exploring possibilities to create new dimensions through my lenses….. love to see a new place, find out the beauty and ensure that it is captured to show it to those who missed the opportunity…
Yes, I sell my works and a part of the proceeds goes to a blind organization based in Mumbai....as I always feel I am extremely lucky to see this beautiful universe and I have a responsibility for those who are missing it.....
