As I ran away from corruption and crime, coming to the United States through enormous sacrifice has been an invaluable experience. I want to give through my work, a voice to the voiceless, since art is the biggest weapon against injustice and inequality. Through this process, I have been able to overcome inner challenges, therefor, my creative interests are to inspire younger generations in the future.
STATEMENT OF ART:Art is the purest, most primal form of expression of the human being since the beginnings of time. From a single line that can evolve into infinite possibilities, all disciplines originate from art. There are no boundaries when it comes to representation, it is an all-inclusive language that enclose all cultures, ages, and races. Art can help convey a direct message or idea, or give the viewer the opportunity of free interpretation. Art is the path to getting to know ourselves and to understanding the other.
