2024, M/S PRONTON PLASTPACK PVT. LTD, A comparative analysis has been done between the 15 L container and closure assembly with square top of Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd. and M/S Pronton Plastpack Pvt. Ltd. The Indian patent no. 401417, granted on 15/07/2022 was also compred with Design Registration No. 318985-001, issued on 10/02/2021 and 318984-001, issued on 25/10/2021. Since the comparison is made for a square top, the Indian patent no. 298724, granted on 11/07/2018 was not considered for the comparative study, as the said patent shows a round lid with a spout.
The study and analysis have been done from the perspectives of weight, design, mechanism, test (tamper test and leak test), and environmental aspects. The study and analysis of the said products shows that the container assembly of M/S Pronton Plastpack Pvt. Ltd. is distinctly different in all parameters, i.e., weight, design, mechanism, tamper test, leak test, and environmental aspect.
The said study was done for legal battle between Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd. and M/S Pronton Plastpack Pvt. Ltd.
