Managing a business goes beyond execution, I've had to learn other skills like human resources, management, finance and sales. There's no gain without hard effort. I wish to give my workers an environment where they feel at home, and an atmosphere where freedom and responsibility are balanced.
Design is so much more than an aesthetic solution, it should be functional and everyone should understand it.
Sometimes we find the answer in simplicity, sometimes in something more elaborated, but definitively a good design is composed by a fusion of elements combined into one piece that communicate what is meant to be.
