She is designer, CEO and strategy director of Crimia, a Design and innovation agency from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a TEDx speaker, she talked about dream’s construction and how to create experiences which could change realities. She also organized some geek, social and start up’s events. Nowadays, Elis works both as innovation consultant of SEBRAE and as a Startup tutor on Shell Iniciativa Jovem Program. She believes in the dream’s transformation power of changing realities to unforgettable experiences.
