View Larger Image and Additional Photos of Louis SauterAbout Louis Sauter : I get along with people easily, I like people, I need them to spar, to exchange opinions and thus come to an image. People can use me like that, when I give my opinion I often show people all sides of a problem and help them with their thoughts. I also do that with my photography. In my photography I focus on both people and landscapes. On the one hand I am very busy with people, on the other hand I can sometimes miss them as a toothache :-)
If you understand art as the product of creative human expressions, then my photography outlines how I see the world around me, or rather, how I experience the world around me. I try to show the essence of what I see or experience on my photo in all its beauty or sometimes ugliness, I actually don't want to impose my opinion, but try to paint an image that raises questions. In my opinion, that is also the function of art: to raise questions.
