He does not limit himself to any media or technique. He uses watercolors and acrylics to paint on paper and canvas. Sculpts using clay, stone, wood, cement, papier mache and metal. Does metal casting, plating, etching, engraving, coating and finishing techniques to bring out the effect desired. He designs exclusively for his clients and creates limited edition artifacts. Interior decoration using wall decor, dinner accessories, lighting fixtures, landscaping decorations are his interests. He creates show pieces and curios as his company's name Curion Creations suggests.
STATEMENT OF ART:Design beautifies the ambiance to make us happy. It also makes it easy for us.
Design is the refinement and improvement of a form to make it function better and look better. Design also means that somebody can reproduce it given the chance to get the same level of enjoyment.
Design makes an object attractive so that it draws attention automatically. People love to see it again and again and enjoy the experience.
Design is evaluated not by the process it underwent but by the appeal it provides ultimately. The degree of liking may vary from person to person but they all agree on a common set of parameters that it looks good.
The designer may go methodically to accomplish his/her design or get it out of the spark of an idea. The test is in its appreciation.
