Purnima Mitra born in 1987 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She was a student in fine art at the Korea National University of Arts for MFA program in Seoul, South Korea. Her BFA in Drawing & Painting was received from the University of Dhaka. She exhibits frequently in group exhibition and competitions. 2012 she has achieved Asian Art Major Scholarship (AMA).Her statement about art is
“When frequently I encounter a question from myself: what is art? Myself would reply or some of my common experience raise with some answers
Art is a way of seeing
A way of feeling the truth
A way of finding the truth”
The design is a form of art which has a lot of opportunities to modify every idea & create something new to present.
