Ashkan Qashqai: Co-founder of Paya Payrang Architectural Group in 2010. Ashkan Qashqai is an Iranian architect, Born in 1986 in Shiraz. He studied master of architecture at Shiraz University. He started his professional career in 2007 as the partner of Vimand architectural atelier for 3 years. Then in 2010, Ashkan and his colleagues established an architectural group named “Concept”- which is now renamed to “Paya Payrang”. Ashkan is a researcher in contemporary architecture of Iran and has designed a number of projects in various categories and scales. His achievements in the field of architecture include winning the 1st place in the “architectural designing of the Islamic Azad University” competition, ranking third in the 6th and second in the “10th Mirmiran Architecture Award”, shortlisted project of the first “2A Asia Architecture Award” and the “Shams-e Tabrizi Mausoleum” competitions
