STATEMENT OF ART:Art for me is simple to define, as long as it is unique, no matter functional or not so I do considered it as Art. Art can be in many kind of form, material based, scale. While Design is should be done with function. All form should follow its functional aspect first, then we can justify the design in term of useful and appearances.
