About Asdrúbal Gutiérrez Beltrán : When Asdrúbal ends Industrial Design career, he decides to work self employed because he feels that Colombia does not have industries interested in solve community problems, so, he took the risk creating new brand developing products with waste materials, like cardboard, packaging, pallets and many more. That was the first part of his job, after that, he started to design furniture to home, taking advantage of his skills, he created four own brands, the first eco-design furniture, the second one, home and accessories design furniture, the third, children furniture and the fourth, Home office furniture, all that was made because he wants to resolve needs in the different colombian social scale, trying to offer design like an independent designer to everybody.

Asdrúbal is concerned for a balance between his job that's using the earth materials and retribution to the planet instead, for that, he makes contribution through campaigns to rescue turtles in the colombian pacific sea and reforestation of national parks, contribuiting with environmental improvement, and he just sees like his -little- print over the earth.

As a designer he believes the world is open, the ideas are a field amazingly big, he thinks the exploration in different field of knowledge has to be very important for the contemporary design, is the essential ingredient if someone wants to feel alive into the ocean of the design.
