At 18 years of age, appeared the first proposals for work in the field of footwear, started by selling some drawings illustrated with technical specifications, was immediate passion.
As I realized that I would have to have technical knowledge to enter into the labour market, didn't hesitate and established a training plan, technical courses in modelling of footwear, Footwear Design, Product and Interior Design and finally the degree in communication Design. From then on never stopped ...
Invest in other areas such as Trainer in the area of Glassmaking, decoration and interior architecture, in order to meet the necessary requirements.
Participated in various national and international competitions of footwear, but was in 2008 in Bologna that Italy was awarded the 1st prize in the category of man by the Consorcio Vero Cuoio Lineapelle materials world's fair.
All this served to feed the dream of one day having an own brand, EGIDIO ALVES.
I was invited as a speaker in several national Marketing Congress Congress National Marketing organized by the Catholic University of Lisbon, in order to explain the construction of the brand EGIDIO ALVES.
