About Hany Ghazlan : Hany Ghazlan (born 29 Nov. 1973) is an Egyptian architect. After he graduated from Alexandria university in 1998, he started his career in Alexandria Preservation Trust, a private organization founded for the general purpose of promoting awareness and preservation of Alexandria's cultural heritage, ancient and modern, with a special emphasis on the built environment. In 2004 He moved to Qatar and he is practicing as a certified architect Grade -A in Qatar till present. He is willing to fulfill the requirement of the contemporary architecture. The architect is combining between the model of art and the architecture. He design, construct and manage innovative, safe and sustainable buildings.
STATEMENT OF ART:
Art is one of the life’s passions which is inspiring us. The creation of any design is driven from the combination between form and function which shall consider the environment and services in order to innovate a sustainable design to comply with principles of social, economic and ecological sustainability.

Senior Architect February 2008 – Present

- Architectural design of projects including conceptual ( 2D -3D presentation)
- Research for building technology products and materials.
- Coordinate with other staff (Structure, Electro mechanical and all disciplines).
- Supervises and lead junior staff.
- Review and coordinate tender documents.
- Meet clients, stakeholders and obtain government municipalities’ approvals.
- Manage, monitor, review and approve shop drawings, materials submittals and samples.
- Communicate with contractors (monitor and control the work as per scope, specs and program schedules).

Owner: Mr. Abdul Jaleel Abdul Ghani, at Bin Mahmoud, area Doha – Qatar.
Total built up area 15,561.00 SQM.

• ADMINISTRATION BUILDING (2B+G+2Typical Floors)
Owner: Al Adekhar Real Estate Co., at C’ Ring Road, Al Muntazah area Doha – Qatar.
Total built up area 35,158.00 SQM. (under construction)

• RESIDENTIAL BUILDING (B+G+10 Typical Floors)
Owner: Miss. Naela Misnad Saad Al Misnad, at Al-Sadd area, Doha – Qatar.
Total built up area 20,592.00 SQM. (under construction – finishing stage)
