Interview with Peter Cheng at Wednesday 8th of August 2018 FS: Could you please tell us about your experience as a designer, artist, architect or creator? PC: I have been engaged in interior design for ten years, FS: What are your priorities, technique and style when designing? PC: In the process of designing, the most important thing is to combine the sense of design with everyday life. My inspiration may be from various things in life, such as movie, photos or magazines,etc. FS: Which emotions do you feel when designing? PC: You need maintain a high level of enthusiasm and focus in the design process,When someone inspires, it’s the most exciting. FS: What particular aspects of your background shaped you as a designer? PC: I think the ability to communicate is very important. How to achieve a balance between customers and customers, and to complete the design, must have good communication skills. FS: What is your growth path? What are your future plans? What is your dream design project? PC: I hope to be able to engage in more different styles of design or special cases in the future to challenge my limits. FS: What are your advices to designers who are at the beginning of their career? PC: Try as much as possible, without fear of failure. FS: You are truly successful as a designer, what do you suggest to fellow designers, artists and architects? PC: Focus on every detail, perfection is accumulated from the details.
