FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?
HJ: I am an enthusiast who specializes in Chinese alcohol packaging. I really want to be a designer because it is cool.
FS: Can you tell us more about your company / design studio?
HJ: Jiugui Liquor Co., Ltd. is the only liquor design company in China that has a state-owned enterprise.
FS: What is "design" for you?
HJ: Design is a kind of people's thinking and innovation about life.
FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most?
HJ: structural art
FS: What is your most favorite design, could you please tell more about it?
HJ: Structural art with silhouettes of the future era
FS: What was the first thing you designed for a company?
HJ: bottle
FS: What is your favorite material / platform / technology?
HJ: ceramics
FS: When do you feel the most creative?
HJ: night
FS: Which aspects of a design do you focus more during designing?
HJ: Proportion, color, texture.
