FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?
LW: Since I can think I love to create things in all kinds

FS: Can you tell us more about your company / design studio?
LW: I am a single woman company

FS: What is "design" for you?
LW: Design is a reasoned creation that makes sense and influences life

FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most?
LW: Illustrations

FS: What is your most favorite design, could you please tell more about it?
LW: My favorite design is the creation of life and the wonders we experience every day

FS: What was the first thing you designed for a company?
LW: Illustration

FS: What is your favorite material / platform / technology?
LW: Vector Illustrations

FS: Which aspects of a design do you focus more during designing?
LW: Surprise in detail

FS: What makes a design successful?
LW: Sense, empathy, surprise and a good craft

FS: When judging a design as good or bad, which aspects do you consider first?
LW: Sense, empathy, surprise, good crafted?

FS: From your point of view, what are the responsibilities of a designer for society and environment?
LW: Designers influence people of all ages, it is our duty to shape responsibly and future-oriented

FS: How do you think the "design field" is evolving? What is the future of design?
LW: Design will make life easier and more thought-provoking.It will give Designers who create with heart and mind and others who are dedicated to money even to the bad things.It always has been, it will be in the future, but now we reach every day more and more people.

FS: How would you describe your design style? What made you explore more this style and what are the main characteristics of your style? What's your approach to design?
LW: Attention to detail

FS: How do you work with companies?
LW: Productive

FS: What are your suggestions to companies for working with a designer? How can companies select a good designer?
LW: Good designers are original and take the time they need. They represent their point of view and wants the best for the target group and not for the preference of the favorite color of the company boss - unless it is the company color ...

FS: Can you talk a little about your design process?
LW: do research, conceptualize, create and discard and work on it until it convinces

FS: What are 5 of your favorite design items at home?
LW: White paper sheet, pencil, pen, comfortable seating, PC

FS: From your perspective, what would you say are some positives and negatives of being a designer?
LW: The white paper!

FS: What is your "golden rule" in design?
LW: Think different.

FS: What skills are most important for a designer?
LW: Empathy and criticism.

FS: Which tools do you use during design? What is inside your toolbox? Such as software, application, hardware, books, sources of inspiration etc.?
LW: My Brain

FS: Designing can sometimes be a really time consuming task, how do you manage your time?
LW: With a good old paper timer.

FS: How long does it take to design an object from beginning to end?
LW: It took the time it needs.

FS: What was your most important job experience?
LW: Every experience is important!

FS: Do you work as a team, or do you develop your designs yourself?
LW: I'm a one woman show, but I also cooperate with agencies!
