FS: What was the first thing you designed for a company?
TH: The first thing I designed upon starting Tippy Taste was a 14K white gold, blue sapphire diamond ring. It first started as a technical drawing but was then made into a real ring as my skill in the jewelry industry started to mature.
FS: What is your favorite material / platform / technology?
TH: My favorite material is working with solid gold.
FS: Which aspects of a design do you focus more during designing?
TH: The proportion of the piece is what I focus on. The stone arrangement has to look proportionate to me.
FS: What kind of emotions do you feel when you design?
TH: I feel a kind of undescribable spark when I design...a silent excitement.
