Interview with Wong Soon Wey at Monday 23rd of April 2018 FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer? WSW: We were students in the department of Visual Communication Design in National Taiwan University of Arts. FS: What makes a design successful? WSW: Different angles of transposition thinking and to find out the problem and solve it FS: What skills are most important for a designer? WSW: Solving Ability FS: Designing can sometimes be a really time consuming task, how do you manage your time? WSW: Sure, the perfect time distribution plan can be done more efficiently. FS: How long does it take to design an object from beginning to end? WSW: about 1 year, from FS: What type of design work do you enjoy the most and why? WSW: Packaging design is our team favourite type of design because it can be a humble commodity packaging exquisite to satisfying people. FS: Do you work as a team, or do you develop your designs yourself? WSW: We work as a team, which is composed of four team members from Malaysia, Macau and Taiwan. FS: How can people contact you?
