FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?
HAIDC: Weng Shanwei1995-1999, studying fashion design; 1999-2016, graphic designer, in 2005, began with interior design and exhibition design, 2014, the first video installation art exhibitions, two art exhibition in 2015; now most of the work and design, art. Constantly design to be the way I face it all anything is designed... Yuan Jiadie:1995-1999, at the Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, studying fashion design has been engaged in the clothing design work,2013 began to intervene in Hangzhou ah well Interior Design Company, do indoor and architectural design work.

FS: Can you tell us more about your company / design studio?
HAIDC: Our company, in the interior design based design, output graphic design, architectural design, and works of art, and a small part of the products; to Weng Shanwei Yuan Jiadie as the main core, we try to using the new design language, discuss our ongoing project; base to our learning cognition of art, philosophy, design, literature, and to the brand cognitive learning, build the a relatively complex simple design team.

FS: What is "design" for you?
HAIDC: Design is a "cancel".

FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most?
HAIDC: Every project that is now,or beyond design.

FS: What is your most favorite design, could you please tell more about it?
HAIDC: My life,i designed.

FS: What was the first thing you designed for a company?
HAIDC: Dessert shop

FS: What is your favorite material / platform / technology?
HAIDC: Suitable for a certain time, is the most like.

FS: When do you feel the most creative?
HAIDC: Some time, after I think about what creativity is.

FS: Which aspects of a design do you focus more during designing?
HAIDC: whole.

FS: What kind of emotions do you feel when you design?
HAIDC: Try to write a poem.

FS: What kind of emotions do you feel when your designs are realized?
HAIDC: Write a complete poem.

FS: What makes a design successful?
HAIDC: New design language.

FS: When judging a design as good or bad, which aspects do you consider first?
HAIDC: Fresh design language.

FS: From your point of view, what are the responsibilities of a designer for society and environment?
HAIDC: New design language, balance + optimization

FS: How do you think the "design field" is evolving? What is the future of design?
HAIDC: "Design area" is like an individual, and constantly encounter problems, and strive to solve the problem;The future of design is the sum of the present and the past;Design may also be back to the future;

FS: When was your last exhibition and where was it? And when do you want to hold your next exhibition?
HAIDC: July 2014, a show "ah" device image art exhibition;Uncertainty, hope soon;

FS: Where does the design inspiration for your works come from? How do you feed your creativity? What are your sources of inspirations?
HAIDC: A writing; Reading life; Reading of life;

FS: How would you describe your design style? What made you explore more this style and what are the main characteristics of your style? What's your approach to design?
HAIDC: Now works as part of the media have said that the future of depression;Third second questions really did not want to, not sure;Design method has been uncertain, each project has unique characteristics,Often established in the project.

FS: Where do you live? Do you feel the cultural heritage of your country affects your designs? What are the pros and cons during designing as a result of living in your country?
HAIDC: China Hangzhou;Tradition affects the blood in my body, but it is not symbolic;In our country, is experiencing a rapid change, change and speed of all the good and bad.

FS: How do you work with companies?
HAIDC: A working way that I'm working on, I'm holding and pushing all the details.

FS: What are your suggestions to companies for working with a designer? How can companies select a good designer?
HAIDC: If you choose, full trust and support;Choose a unique spirit of exploration, the responsibility of the designer.

FS: Can you talk a little about your design process?
HAIDC: Set the general process, Let change follow.

FS: What are 5 of your favorite design items at home?
HAIDC: One of them is the Great Wall.

FS: Can you describe a day in your life?
HAIDC: Very trivial, quiet work.

FS: Could you please share some pearls of wisdom for young designers? What are your suggestions to young, up and coming designers?
HAIDC: I need to go through some more time.

FS: From your perspective, what would you say are some positives and negatives of being a designer?
HAIDC: Continue to be interested in the unknown.

FS: What is your "golden rule" in design?
HAIDC: No, every project is different.

FS: What skills are most important for a designer?
HAIDC: Continuous fresh language

FS: Which tools do you use during design? What is inside your toolbox? Such as software, application, hardware, books, sources of inspiration etc.?
HAIDC: Software: SketchUP, IllustratorOther uncertainties, changes in the project.Sketch, simple model;The structure of the scene; wood construction inspection;Continuous proofing materials, testing materials, site change design details.

FS: Designing can sometimes be a really time consuming task, how do you manage your time?
HAIDC: Before the project design, the design of a timetable; according to the actual situation to make adjustments.

FS: How long does it take to design an object from beginning to end?
HAIDC: Three months to one year.

FS: What is the most frequently asked question to you, as a designer?
HAIDC: There are no common problems, only problems that have to be solved.

FS: What was your most important job experience?
HAIDC: I have a long experience in graphic design, and I have the experience of writing art works.

FS: Who are some of your clients?
HAIDC: There is no special positioning, catering, schools, clothing brands, libraries are interested in.

FS: What type of design work do you enjoy the most and why?
HAIDC: Now a project is not completed,Because we are inside the design, this is a kind of enjoyment.

FS: What are your future plans? What is next for you?
HAIDC: My plan is to continue to take the time to carry out the project;My next one is a small construction project.

FS: Do you work as a team, or do you develop your designs yourself?
HAIDC: Me and Yuan Jiadie as the core of the team, we are ah design company founder.

FS: Do you have any works-in-progress being designed that you would like to talk about?
HAIDC: I don't want to talk for a while, because it is the expression of design that is not complete.
