FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?
JW: I had art and design training background in Hong Kong, then I did paintings during some years in Paris... I always feel that I belong to this field, I'm back and happy to become.

JW: Product packaging and Brand development

JW: Point to realize...

JW: Hope that it is coming...

JW: A company LOGO in HONG KONG

JW: It depends on what I want to achieve

JW: Anytime when I feel FREE

JW: Maybe the details of the concept

JW: Joyful and meaningful

JW: Arousing satisfaction

JW: Everything essential of its originality
FS: When judging a design as good or bad, which aspects do you consider first?
JW: Achieving its function with its best appeal
FS: From your point of view, what are the responsibilities of a designer for society and environment?
JW: Bring out concepts to improve life and life style
FS: How do you think the "design field" is evolving? What is the future of design?
JW: Fulfil the future is the future of design
FS: When was your last exhibition and where was it? And when do you want to hold your next exhibition?
JW: Hope that it will take place soon again after my last exhibition in Paris many many years ago
FS: Where does the design inspiration for your works come from? How do you feed your creativity? What are your sources of inspirations?
JW: Always from one thing to another, then it jumps and comes up or comes back to be the others ...
FS: How would you describe your design style? What made you explore more this style and what are the main characteristics of your style? What's your approach to design?
JW: searching and researching
FS: Designing can sometimes be a really time consuming task, how do you manage your time?
JW: drop down the footnotes and get back to the details whenever possible
FS: How long does it take to design an object from beginning to end?
JW: It depends... it can begin to develop very fast but also very slow to finish
FS: What is the most frequently asked question to you, as a designer?
JW: be the best
