FS: Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?
FP: I love design. Always interested in design as a total concept and rethinking daily space & objects via bold assumptions. With simple solutions as artefacts of cognizance, I trust, would make a different tomorrow.
FS: Can you tell us more about your company / design studio?
FP: Trigon is an architecture and design studio founded by Forough Pourahmad. This is the place to design projects at the border of art and design, at the edge of reality and fantasy.
FS: What is "design" for you?
FP: Design is everywhere. It's what drew you to the last piece of furniture you bought and it's what made life more possible. To design is to mark out a pattern as a means of making meaning of an experience.
FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most?
FP: In fact I like designing everything specially furniture.
