FS: What is "design" for you?
TMKN: A Design is something that could aid our lives in some way but yet it must have a feel of realistic concepts.

FS: What kinds of works do you like designing most?
TMKN: Conceptual Product Designs

FS: What is your favorite material / platform / technology?
TMKN: My Favourite Platform is Solidworks. Easy to use , Fast in creating what i need.

FS: When do you feel the most creative?
TMKN: When People understands my concept and feel there is a value in it.

FS: Which aspects of a design do you focus more during designing?
TMKN: The features of the product

FS: What kind of emotions do you feel when you design?
TMKN: Feelings of it being realistic and yet innovative

FS: What kind of emotions do you feel when your designs are realized?
TMKN: A sense of achievement.

FS: When judging a design as good or bad, which aspects do you consider first?
TMKN: Feature of the design and whether it is implementable or not.

FS: From your point of view, what are the responsibilities of a designer for society and environment?
TMKN: Aiding everyone life but yet green for environment.

FS: How do you think the "design field" is evolving? What is the future of design?
TMKN: The future of design is products that understands the humans emotions and needs.

FS: Where do you live? Do you feel the cultural heritage of your country affects your designs? What are the pros and cons during designing as a result of living in your country?
TMKN: Singapore. It is a international country where i get to see all different types of product that inspires me to create a product that aid the blind spot of daily life that designers lack out on.

FS: Could you please share some pearls of wisdom for young designers? What are your suggestions to young, up and coming designers?
TMKN: I am young, just 21 this year and i have two awards. Only thing to say, Its never young or old to invent. GO FOR IT :)

FS: What is your "golden rule" in design?
TMKN: A Golden Rule in Design is it must be able to fulfill all its features but yet aesthetic appealing. This would soothe people eyes.

FS: Which tools do you use during design? What is inside your toolbox? Such as software, application, hardware, books, sources of inspiration etc.?
TMKN: My Favourite Platform is Solidworks. Easy to use , Fast in creating what i need.

FS: Designing can sometimes be a really time consuming task, how do you manage your time?
TMKN: Draw Sketches and sketches and sketch when you are not at your workspace.

FS: How long does it take to design an object from beginning to end?
TMKN: It always depends. When a Concept strikes you, you never know.

FS: What is the most frequently asked question to you, as a designer?
TMKN: What are you designing next ? That is the question and i would always laugh.
