| DESIGN NAME: Hide PRIMARY FUNCTION: Electric Oil Heater INSPIRATION: When I use the heater in winter, I think these products are old or not fully functional. For example, it is not convenient to dry clothes and makes the air very dry. So, I want to design an electric oil heater that looks neater and more different from the anyone on the markets. I got inspiration from the modelling of computer case and then designed it. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Hide is an all-enveloped electric oil heater. This type of modelling makes it more beautiful than general product. In line with today's popular integrated design. Secondly, it kept the function of hanger in such a shape. Users can pull on hidden hangers to dry clothes. In addition, other parts of it also maintain this design language. The right side is a hidden electric wire storage box. The left side is a water tank, which can ensure that the user will not make the air too dry when using the product. The base are four universal wheels, which is used to facilitate the user to move. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: For daily use, pull out the wire inside the right wire box and plug it in. By adjusting the gear knob to adjust the power. The four gears are switches, 900W, 1300W and 2200W. The higher the power, the faster the heating; By adjusting the wind output knob to adjust the wind force and humidity, let the user achieve the most comfortable feeling. When you need to dry clothes, pull out hidden hangers for quick drying. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2019 in Anhui and finished in May 2019 in that place, and was exhibited in Shantou in June 2019. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The method of this product is the heat-conducting oil inside the sink. After electrifying, the heat-conducting oil flows along the pipe and emits heat through the sink. The power of Hide is between the minimum 900w and the maximum 2200w. The power is adjusted by controlling the radiator. The shell is made of 2mm sheet metal material to ensure the rigidity and heat dissipation. The left and right and upper cover plates cover the heating elements. The front and rear shell and the middle cover are made of sheet metal. The top of both ends is made of plastic.
