RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
In order to create an enriched way of living, the design team adopted customized antiquated and detailing-rich upholstery infusion with visual arts, display culture, and elegant living in creating such look and feel of the new classicism. In terms of circulation, as the lighting coming through the living room penetrates through the front and back, and demarcates the interior domains, so visually, the classic furniture, oriental decoration, and antiquated-look items, etc., guided this aesthetic taste of elegance and humility.

CHALLENGE:
While the elongated layout accentuates the importance of spatial utilization in minimizing odd corners and residual spaces so as to increase the flowing nature of the overall circulation, as well as finding the suitable ceiling height in concealing all servicing piping and wiring in the name of expanding the overall visual effect, all of which have certainly become the working challenge of this project. In terms of detailing, from handling the logistics of imported materials, the treatment of floor and wall, as well as the usage of decorative items, all the aforementioned tasks tested the wisdom and capabilities of the design team.
