| DESIGN NAME: Sea & Sun House PRIMARY FUNCTION: Vacation House INSPIRATION: Sea And Sun House was inspired by the elements and the environment in which it is located. The design expresses the shades of the landscape outside the house from the colors of the sea, the nature colors of the Arsuf cliffs (project location), and the sand that is part of the DNA of the region. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This 65-square-meter loft with an 120-square-meter terraces has succeeded perfectly in meeting the desires of the client. The High-end furniture combines comfort and style, including technological elements, such the hiding TV screen, located in black glass wall in the middle of the living room. And a natural green wall that hides the stairwall, combines the design line of the nature reserve, the nature of the cliffs and the colors of the furniture located on balcony and in living room. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The "B&B Italia" sofa is a furniture that can be nestled, a salon kitchen of the prestigious "Armani Casa", With modern lines fully equipped and decorated in glass-wood. The flooring was chosen with the intention of combining a function and a form - to provide a response following a lot of activity there; And a seamless floor, as one unit that is evenly distributed throughout the house. About technology field, Sea & Sun house is also equipped with intelligent devices, audio system, and smart home. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Sea And Sun House is located just about 20 km from Tel Aviv and boasts the most awe-inspiring views of the Mediterranean sea. Steps from the beach, the outdoor living space here is what dreams are made of. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Sea And Sun House has it all, two bedrooms (queen-sized bed and single bed), spacious open living area and kitchen by Armani Casa. The high-end furnishings are luxurious yet incredibly cozy and the highlight of the house is a two-level beachfront terrace with a seating area, jacuzzi and a cozy outdoor kitchen.
