PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Ventilation System with Heat Recovery

INSPIRATION:
The air environment is deteriorating, but the general public is unable to change. Especially in the winter in northern China, a large amount of coal is burned for heating, which further deteriorates the air quality. As the main activity place of people, indoor air quality is particularly important, and air purifiers can only deal with the original indoor air repeatedly, and cannot introduce fresh air, and the scope of action is limited. This product introduces a new way to refresh and filter the air from outdoor to indoor. The design is inspired by the lunar eclipse of the moon, and the brightness of the moon light also symbolizes the cleanliness of the air and people’s wish.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
“The Fresh Air” blower indoor main engine casing is injection molded by using a mold. The surface of the control panel is colored by vacuum plating, and the bottom embedded digital tube is used for display effect, so the surface effect is very overall, and the indoor air quality index is displayed when the machine is running. The front panel is covered with cashmere cloth.The logo is traditionally embroidered and magnetically fixed to the main body. It is very convenient to replace the filter without any tools.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
“The Fresh Air” is easy to install and much simpler than installing an air conditioner. The host adopts a touchable OLED screen, which can display not only the indoor temperature, PM2.5 in carbon dioxide concentration, but also direct touch operation. Efficient frequency converter fan, even if you use it all day, don't worry about over-spending of electricity, the power is equivalent to energy-saving bulb.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in Shenzhen in January 2018 and finished in Shenzhen around October 2018.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
Main housing is molded by injection molding. High-glossy of mirror leans is control panel that it is colored by VM finishing and nice-touch of cashmere cloth. Underneath of high-glossy of mirror leans embedded with digital display to show its working status, so the lens is very integrated. The logo uses Chinese traditional embroidery craft. The main body is fixed by magnetic absorption. It is very convenient to replace the filter without any tools.
