| DESIGN NAME: Classical Quintessence PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: This residential space planning design project features a narrow and long home style, and as such, the layout was planned with the central aisle serving as its axis and adopting two-way symmetric design. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is planned with open-style public space, study area, master bedroom and secondary bedroom. The strong internal lighting requires light reduction. The design is based on its main style of a fusion between modern and classical elements, while the entire interior applies a soft white color as its base color, attempting to create a refreshing yet resplendent spatial atmosphere, thereby reinterpreting the beauty of purity and exquisiteness. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The entrance to the private area is concealed using stylish sliding doors to increase the degree of privacy. Each bedroom features a stylish area in the front, and the camellia household symbol is applied continuously to form the cultural & aesthetical space in the field. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Following the dynamic central axis inside, the open-style living room, dining room and the piano room form a linear public space. The venue partitions are formed using structural beams and retracted ceilings, while display and storage shelf is placed under the beams as well. Exquisite furniture with classical contours and gold gilt is applied to blend with the solid wood shutter blinds, forming a cozy and elegant living room area. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The space is 200 square meters TAGS: Residential,Space,In RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The foyer is based on the design image of graceful camellia, where camellia totem is applied to the water-jet medallion tiles at the entrance. CHALLENGE: An elegant round table and chairs are used in the center to delineate the dining room area, which conveys its sentiments with the suspending exquisite chandelier. The open-style kitchen on the opposite continues with the use of white moulding element, together with the addition of long bar space, which is filled with elegant and modern sentiment while forming a mutual contrast. The farthest end of the space is designed with carved flooring to highlight the piano room space, such that the black classical piano becomes the spotlight in the soft whiteness of the entire room.
