| DESIGN NAME: White, Elegance PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: The porch is designed with curved ceilings and a solid floral facade where the totem is rarely seen in the American style. With the cross-displaced floor, the square space at the entrance is extraordinary and outstanding. Walking into the house, you will first enter the living room and study room. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The case is a huge residential plan. It was originally a roughcast house. In order to meet the needs of the owner, the designer changed its original partition and re-planned the layout with the living room, kitchen, study room, one master bedroom and two bedrooms. The interior is designed in a classic American style, the white color is set as the main color tone to meet the owner’s preference and to also create a warm and elegant atmosphere. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The rest of the private spaces are presented in various colors, the girl’s room in pink while the master bedroom is in calm tawny. In addition, the bedside and drawers in the master bedroom are made from hard leather. Black lines on the ceiling also increase the detailed design, so that the space is simple yet still fashionable and graceful. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The use of titanium-plated iron pieces together with light-transparent tawny glass on the sliding door form the diversified styles and also create a sense of visual perspective. The dining area uses elegant chandeliers as well as dining tables and chairs, and the linear arrangement in the space contrasts with the rare wooden totem decorative ceiling. The totem is made through exquisite woodwork techniques, which are hardly seen in the modern times and highlight the visual effects. The phenomenon of pseudo industrialization has an influence on the essence of buildings, the impact extending the spaces upward. Based on the aesthetic perspectives and design skills, the design work extraordinarily harmonizes the relationships between the human sensations and natures, the ultimate perfection of design energy displaying the backbones and qualities of the spaces. CHALLENGE: The classical style sofa is placed in the living room. The TV wall is presented with an exquisite decorative panel. The wall of the living room is displayed with irregular lines, which create a feel of spatial extension, with the pure white striped panel used on the ceiling, the living room is spacious and elegant, in general. The study room and living room are divided by a symmetrical sliding door, the totem of which is customized.
