| DESIGN NAME: Rural scenery PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: It has been taken six months before the designer reached a consensus with the house owner suggesting the old-house renewal pan, which remained intact the ideas of environmental protection and coexisting with nature. The renovating plan required less reconstruction. House owners, the retiring couples, looked forward to having a pleasant retirement life in this house thereafter. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Located at the city outskirt, the house in the open filed signifies the cheerful country lifestyle. Adjacent to the pastoral trails, the house enjoys the sufficient sunlight and fresh air. Meanwhile, the house adjoining the main traffic artery and township has convenient life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Design concerns the connections between the humanity inclinations and natures that gratify the clients’ preferences on the basis of the multiple values of design. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The architectural exterior decorated with the fair-faced concrete energizes the sense of sight. The M-style concrete roof effectively and aesthetically refrains the house from exposing to rain. Concurrently, the classy round and rectangular holes sustain abundant sunlight and enlarge the visual scope as well. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This space is 1000 square meters. TAGS: Interior Design, Residential, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Concerning the aesthetic functionality, the designer contemplating the cordial relationship between the house and landscapes displays the natural and elegant ambience by means of the white building exterior. The white reflection of the house on the paddy field intensifies the vivid vision. Any other way, the white building exterior enhances the cooling effect. The design plan of the entire area, other than the house and driveway, concerns the conservation of soil moisture. Additionally, the layout arrangement advocating the abundant daylight and smooth air flow exemplifies the greenhouse features. CHALLENGE: The applications of decoration materials pursue the agreeable balance between the aesthetic compositions and environmental protections. By means of the applications of innovative experiments, the reinforcement of design works uniqueness and originality amiably integrates the technology and life style. The efforts consolidating the diverse tangible and intangible values are now comprehensively demonstrating the design skills and aesthetics to the design works as well.
