RESEARCH ABSTRACT: As the client possesses a very high level of living appreciation and taste, the design team strived to create an unconventional new-classical image, so as to keep the essence of elements such as light, modernism, and posh fashion.
Interior spaces such as the entrance, living room, dining area, kitchen, study, and master bedroom were imbued with attention to material amalgamation and texture treatment, an epitome of timeless luxury aesthetics.
CHALLENGE: As many pieces of classic furniture, decorative items and art pieces are of large volumes, which required cranes to hoist them into the site, and also there were complex working steps for the application of pearl paintwork throughout the elevation walls of the residence, along with restrictions due to weather condition, and building co-op board, it was indeed a time-consuming process.
