PRIMARY FUNCTION: Chair
INSPIRATION: While attending a workshop i was attracted of the simplicity and elegance of the tubular furniture. Great variety of shapes, not so hard for production.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The product's unique properties are its features which are inspired by the Mathematics. Various mathematical symbols, functions, shapes can be found interlaced in this chair. The Greek letter Sigma, parallel lines, integrals can be recognized in its features. Stylish and aesthetic, simple and elegant, this tubular steel chair have unique profile and ergonomic shape, colored in soft, unobtrusive shades in great variety.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: First of all it's a pleasure just to be watched. Simple and clean shape. Then when you sit you can literally feel that all ergonomic requirements have been fulfilled.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Developing process took 3 months, location - Bulgaria

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The researching process was oriented mostly on creating ergonomic product using basic and simple shapes. As you can see the design is extremely clean. Secondary came the idea of using mathematical terms and functions not only for calculating but to be used for shape and to be visible and recognizable.
CHALLENGE: After creating the sides of the chair i went through several completely different shapes of the seat and backrest. There was so many good options but i think i chose the best.
