| DESIGN NAME: Residence of Wisdom PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: A public area, constituted mainly by living room and kitchen, is built up on the center of the flat indoor space, in which the dark woods and rocks, and square outlines bring into existence the composed and comfortable atmosphere. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Located at the southern area in Taipei City, a modern mansion is adjacent to The Examination Yuan of ROC, where most of the local population are civil servants and teachers that has given rise to the design idea constructing a living environment free of stress. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This is a comfortable residence. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in May 2016 in Taipei City, Taiwan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: With the coffee table and lighting fixtures in the living room, the big ceiling window, wooden floor, walnut wall and black TV wall has produced vibrant characteristics in firm and solid decorations. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This space is 150 square meters. TAGS: Interior Design, Residence RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Taking into considerations of the widened space, the designer creates a harmonious space by means of a number of mirror and wooden walls filling the interior space with vigorous elements in the meantime. CHALLENGE: Applied with similar design style in the public area, the study room is decorated with metal bookshelves and a large ceiling glass both isolating distinctive areas and making the indoor space complete in perspectives of bookshelves and wall surfaces in public area.
