| DESIGN NAME: BALTIC THERMAL POOL PARK PRIMARY FUNCTION: Spa and Wellness Hotel INSPIRATION: The building facade generate from the urban grid. The materials of the building are: concrete mixed with wood submerges itself into the natural environment and reinforce, this gives a contrast between the building and nature. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Building a resort on the beach shore without disturbing the view to the city residents. The integration of a building in nature by contrast.
