RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Reserch objective was to find out how designers and manufacturer can work together via the internet to design and build a prototype product. To find out the main challenges to developing a product this way. The design brief: needs to accommodate adults, be designed for ease of assembly, with no adhesive or fixings such as screws/nails, must be manufacturable using a CNC router,be flat packed for ease of transportation. The chair needs to be manufactured from a single material, specifically 12mm thick plywood whit minimum waste created during manufacture

CHALLENGE:
This design was inspired by it's constraints. The limit of only using 12mm plywood and the CNC router whit no glues or screws.
