| DESIGN NAME: Silk Finish Lipstick PRIMARY FUNCTION: Lipstick INSPIRATION: Our inspiration was to create a product that would speak to the user and engage a meaningful connection. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Silk Finish is unique to other lipsticks as it is designed with function, form, and emotion in mind. Innovation is introduced as the cap fluidly glides at any angle to snap in with the base perfectly. This kind of interaction works with the movement of the hands, and forges an emotional connection with the user to create a positive response when they handle our product. Silk Finish Lipstick is visually beautiful to look at while being beautiful to experience, making it a classic and timeless design. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Numerous mockups of foam were made by hand.
