Future House

INSPIRATION:
from natural phenomena and romantic and sublime aesthetics

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Landslips and landslides caused from flood and storm are by now daily phenonena in our coutry. Mud is a good material for reuse. Also for to get light system. In this case we think of mud as architectural element that allows lightini system, swimming pool and agricultural reuse. Also we can think to find techonogical system for purify and exiccate it. House is composed of big platform that like a kirigami allows to have wall hight resistence in concrete. On platform we can see house two level and mud swimming pool. Between house and natural wall we find a glass hight resistence (like hurricane glass) that allows to see natural phenomenon in secure place, like romantic and sublime aesthetics. Natural wall is previous reinforced with concrete injection and cleaned. After we think for wire netting for bring debrises. Under house we find cistern for mud recycle (purify exiccate mud system) with near water and earth drainage system. Form cistern mud goes into swimming pool . This typology of house is very ordinary in our country we can see many houses builded under mountain, can be good resolution for sunstroke phenomena. In this case we can get a sustainable reply also if we are in extreme natural conditions.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Architecture and nature in movement Natural disasters, that are the effect of a natural hazards, are real problem for contemporary humanity. Phenomena as flood, tornado, hurricane, volcanic eruption, earthquake, or landslide are heard reality for many people that lives all over the world. It leads to financial, environmental or human losses. The resulting loss depends on the vulnerability of the affected population to resist the hazard, also called their resilience. This understanding is concentrated in the formulation: "disasters occur when hazards meet vulnerability”. All of these means that our role is to make essentially each territory and place less exposed to the danger of phenomena. We can analyse in what way. Natural elements of catastrophic phenomena can be organized in: water; earth; fire. We have seen Japan earthquake phenomenon connection especially with the occurrence of earthquake that triggered a large tsunami, that has destroyed large side of Japanese territory, bringing about died of several people. Regard earth and its phenomena as earthquake for example, is possible to go deep on structural system through simply reinforced system and, in this case, Japanese territory has not been vulnerable, but tsunami leads real disaster countrywide. All of this means that about earthquake there is no need for new idea of architectural project solutions (only for post disaster condition). Real new research must be done about natural element as water, especially in extreme condition. Inexorable increase of sea-water level, for example caused from melting of the glaciers will change many landscapes next future. This whole leads the debater into new ethic, new responsibility that goes beyond realization of minimum dwellings post disaster space or structural interventions. Previously doing becomes fundamental to create solutions that starts from vulnerability concept, considering catastrophic phenomenon, as new instrument for production different sustainable architecture, that considers water in extreme condition as new material for architecture. Catastrophic phenomenon as new ethic and aesthetic We are talking about architecture based on different sustainable concept that works on preventive treatment of architectural parts in relation to his territory, precluding disaster. This means to work with architectural solution that in case of catastrophic phenomenon doesn’t change the characteristics, structural and aesthetics but, on a contrary, it utilizes natural catastrophic materials as a possible response really to a series of events that influence the conception of the living space by changing the individual behaviour living space is meant both public and private. At same time this research is based on new aesthetic sense that, following romanticist cultural movement, takes advantage of a specific catastrophic phenomenon so that it can serve architecture. Nature, through water and architecture join forces in a relationship that lies between reason and imagination. Nature and architecture contemplation that becomes wonder and the same time they cause people confusion. The architecture is inside the power of the destructive nature expression, where the individual is aware of the him-self rational limits to express on the pure emotional place. Thus, architecture becomes an expression of nature’s annihilating power that gets man to see the limitedness of his rational self and makes him aware of the existence of a super-sensitive dimension that can only be experienced on an emotional level. At the same time, man feels sheltered within his own dwelling. Is possible to get architectural solutions that in case of disaster don’t change. In this
