| DESIGN NAME: Language Logo PRIMARY FUNCTION: A logo to symbolize language INSPIRATION: My own mathematical background, allowing me to think in clarity, concisely. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: On approach I realised the logo needed to be minimal, memorable and meaningful, and I have managed just that. I felt it best to use existing, widely known icons, namely the equilibrium and speech bubble. The latter allows instant recognition that the logo is about language. It may be misconstrued as only referring to speech, but I feel the equilibrium clears confusion, as it subtly hints at including the written word whilst also symbolizing change.
