OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The Conforto sofa is designed for simple, intuitive use, providing immediate comfort without complex mechanisms. Its ergonomic structure ensures natural posture support, while the soft, hand-finished upholstery enhances the tactile experience. Interaction occurs as users sink into the plush seating, enjoying its tailored support. The balance of high-quality upholstery delivers superior comfort, making it a versatile, long-lasting choice for any living space.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in February 2024 in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and finished in September 2024.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
Its upholstered sections are crafted through a combination of manual and machine-assisted techniques, with fabric cutting and stitching done partly by hand to ensure detailed craftsmanship, and partly by machines to maintain consistency and efficiency. This blend of methods results in a comfortable and visually refined product.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
The Conforto sofa was meticulously designed to prioritize comfort while enhancing the social benefits of conversation and personal connection. The sofa's ergonomic form encourages a relaxed, open posture, creating an inviting environment for dialogue. CHALLENGE:
The most challenging aspect of this design project was selecting the optimal materials to ensure maximum comfort. Balancing durability with a soft, inviting feel was crucial to ensure the pieces maintained their cozy touch. Additionally, achieving the ideal proportions and measurements required a meticulous process, ensuring each piece in the collection offers not only beauty but also functionality, providing comfort and relaxation while maintaining design harmony.
