NAME: Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts
PROFILE: Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts was founded in 1949, its predecessor was the Northwest People's College of Art Branch 2, in July 1949 from Linfen, Shanxi Province, moved to Chang'an County, Xi'an City, renamed the Northwest Military and Political University College of Art, and then through the Northwest College of Art, Northwest College of Fine Arts and other phases in May 1960 was officially named the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, 1994, the college as a whole to the south section of Hamming Road, Yanta District, Xi'an City South section of Yanta District, Xi'an.
