| DESIGN NAME: Simple Code One PRIMARY FUNCTION: Smartwatch Face INSPIRATION: The Simple Code One is a remastered version of the original prototype. This prototype is often referred to as the precursor or "father" of Simple Code II. This time around, I have enhanced and improved upon the original design, resulting in what I now call Simple Code One. In this remastered version, I have retained a crucial and prominent feature, which is the battery ring. This element remains a central focus and an essential part of the watch face's design. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The unique and innovative feature carried over from the prototype is the battery ring. This colorful ring serves as an intuitive indicator of the watch's battery status, gradually shrinking in size as the battery level decreases throughout the day. With this feature in place, users don't need a separate battery indicator; they can simply assess the battery status by observing the size of the ring, making it both functional and aesthetically pleasing. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The design is released on Facer.io. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design is produced on Facer.io. It has a design tool to let designers fulfill their ideas. Once the design is finished, just publish it directly from there, and the user can sync the design from Facer.io. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The dimension of this design is 512 x 512px on Android watch, 400 x 400px on Samsung watch. It supports both round and square smartwatches. TAGS: glow, red, blue, orange, yellow, elegant, casual, minimal RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Not much research. It is from the very first prototype of the series of Simple Code. CHALLENGE: No challenge.
