INSPIRATION: The design inspiration for Magnet Effect diamond ring comes from the U-shaped magnet, which is a symbol of attraction and it represents mutual attraction between lover. it also represents that the woman who receives the diamond ring is the most attractive. The U-shaped claws setting greatly reduces obstruction of light and allows the main diamond’s brilliance to be fully presented, symbolizing mutual achievement. The product adopts a minimalist design structure to optimize the product’s effect while conveying to users the design concept of mutual attraction and achievement.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The innovation of Magnet Effect diamond ring lies in its unique brilliance enhance inlay technology "FIRE MAX" which highlights the original industry-first Spotlight Halo structure to ensure a large amount of light at the crown of the diamond ring, transmit the light through the crown of the main diamond, and present on its crown. In addition, the common main stone holder ring structure in the industry is removed to greatly avoids the obstruction of the diamond light by the ring setting, allowing the brilliance of the main diamond to be presented to the maximum extent. The minimalist U-shaped magnet-shaped claws design ensures the firmness of the diamond ring’s physical structure, and meanwhile creates a magnifying effect on the angle of the crown visually. The innovative setting skilfully integrates the faceted-cut diamond into the shape of the ring band, making an elegant and sharp contour that gracefully dances in three-dimensional space.This creative design achieves a highly desirable effect through clever and low-cost methods. Its highly recognizable appearance makes it very easy for consumers to identify.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Uniquely designed spotlight halo structure magnifies the brilliance of diamond on the magnet effect ring. The nanometer protective layer technology on the surface of the ring can improve the corrosion resistance and allergy resistance of the ring, as well as reduce fingerprint residue. With a proper inner-arc design, the Magnet Effect fits more comfortably on the finger and alleviates pressure and scratches on the finger, therefore improving wearing comfort. Additionally, the Magnet Effect diamond ring adjusts the inner-arc of different ring sizes based on the varying shapes of people’s fingers, ensuring the best wearing experience.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project started in China in 2022 and was completed in China in 2023

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The production of Magnet Effect integrates the latest 3D printing technology, CNC machining technology, and laser engraving technology.The first stage is to create a 3D model by CAD software and upload the 3D model data to a high-precision 3D printer to print a solid wax model suitable for precision casting of the ring.Then ,using precision casting technology casts the wax model into 18-carat gold model.Finally, laser engraving technology is used to designs and engrave patterns and letters onto the ring. This combination of technologies provides customers with more design options and personalized services.

CHALLENGE: Diamond rings began to popularize in the 14th century. After several hundred years of development, it is very difficult to innovate the structure of diamond rings. There has never been any innovative solution on how to enhance the brilliance of diamonds through physical methods throughout the development of diamond rings. People wear diamond rings hoping that the diamonds will sparkle more. We have achieved this goal through our unique spotlight ring structure design.The production of Magnet Effect integrates the latest 3D printing technology, CNC machining technology, and laser engraving technology.This combination of technologies provides customers with more design options and personalized services.
