| DESIGN NAME: Ocean PRIMARY FUNCTION: Contemporary Art Jewelry INSPIRATION: Through water sports diving, during the process of diving into the water, the seawater brings a sense of envelopment, entanglement, and pressure to the body. The color of the ocean changes with depth, from light to deep. As the color changes, my mindset also changes. The seawater envelops me, binds me, and supports my body. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The designer extracted elements from the shape of seawater and designed this set of contemporary jewelry. Using mesh elements to express the shape of seawater, the main body composed of a mesh wraps around various parts of the body, creating a sense of flow. It is decorated with glass fired "seawater bubbles" and scattered pearls. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in January 1,2023 in South Korea and finished in June 10, 2023 in China. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: This series of works utilizes handicrafts such as lamp glass, knitting, silver welding, 3D printing, and spray painting.
