PRIMARY FUNCTION: Brand Identity
INSPIRATION: The Moonstone logo design was inspired by the brand's core values, nourish, balance, and connect. The three stacked rings represent these values in a simple yet elegant way, symbolizing a holistic approach to wellness. The logo design also draws inspiration from other well-known wellness centers around the world, while maintaining its own unique identity. Our design aimed to represent the brand's mission to provide a supportive environment for the mind, body, and spirit.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Moonstone is a wellness center that offers a minimalist and luxurious space for people to nourish, balance and connect. With a contemporary and abstract aesthetic, a warm and soothing color palette, and functional print collateral, Moonstone aims to create an environment that supports mental and physical health. The brand also offers beautiful keepsakes such as tote bags, water bottles, and yoga mats to extend the brand's reach and promote eco-friendliness.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The minimalist and luxurious aesthetic of the space, as well as the functional and beautiful print collateral and keepsakes, all contribute to a cohesive and immersive brand experience. The Moonstone brand is designed to support mental and physical health, and the brand's values of nourishing, balancing, and connecting are integrated throughout all aspects of the brand.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Moonstone's approach is eco-conscious, evident in the choice of functional and aesthetically pleasing print collateral and the creation of eco-friendly keepsakes. The brand's visuals exude a minimalist and luxurious aesthetic, embodying a strong focus on detail and quality in materials and production processes. Sustainable and natural materials were prioritized in the production of merchandise such as tote bags, water bottles, and yoga mats.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Print collaterals are designed for A3 297 x 420 mm and A4 210 x 297 mm sizes.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project began with a market analysis of luxury wellness and cafes to identify industry leaders and guide Moonstone's design direction. Extensive research on the target audience emphasized the significance of a strong community.
CHALLENGE: As an Australian based brand designer, working with a Vietnamese clients for the first time, presented a challenge in understanding the cultural nuances. Overcoming the language barrier was crucial in collaborating and effectively communicating the brand vision remotely. Despite the challenge, virtual communication and true collaboration helped in fostering a better understanding of the local culture and brand direction. The local team's support also allowed for creative freedom in the project, leading to a successful partnership.
