| DESIGN NAME: Bisney Crest PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Show House INSPIRATION: With the concept Artistic Modern, the property is enhanced to another level of luxurious as well as the taste of art collector, which is the inspiration of the design. From texture of materials, detail aesthetics of interior and furniture, to furnishing and artwork decoration, simple yet sophisticated expression in style are the elements of an art piece. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Artistic modern design is smartly applied in this special duplex town house. Simple yet modern interior color scheme & material textures are interpreted in artistic way, as well as art pieces decoration. The feature timber wall with nature rhythm metal trims runs from Foyer to Dining to Living, leads to the contemporary garden with vertical green & rotten seats. Warm, cosy, luxury & rich texture furnished bedrooms continue the concept. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in January 22 and finished in July 22 in Hong Kong. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Creating a residential which fulfills the family’s living practically with merging the elements of artistic accent is an art. These elements are applied and incorporated in both the fitting out and furnishing by color scheme, textures, as well as the lighting. With using the timber and fabric texture wall with feature trims in random rhythm, natural pattern marble furniture, rich and artistic texture furnishing, and art pieces like decorations, the entire design is enhanced with unique accent. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 180 sqm TAGS: Luxurious, sophisticated, elegance, indulgence, delicate, art, exquisite, Modern RESEARCH ABSTRACT: - CHALLENGE: Balancing the perfection of aesthetic and practicality of daily usage is a challenge in this project. Strategically, layout zoning, functions allocation, and furniture design are prioritized on tackling for a family. These fundament elements dictate the outline as well as the setting of the interior. In which, the artistic accent in different details is the soul to make the space unique and indulging.
