| DESIGN NAME: Gemo Luxury Beauty Device G20 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Skin Care INSPIRATION: The design of the G20 comes from the totem of the lively snake in western culture, which symbolizes charm, rebirth and transformation. The product extracts the minimalist outline of the snake’s head, which is gorgeous and elegant, presenting a more abstract and modern interpretation. The flowing effect of the side lights, vividly interprets the beautiful snake scales. While ensuring powerful functions, it gives the product higher aesthetic value and a new sensory experience. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This product is an industry-leading beauty device. Its max version optimizes the user experience through ingenious design. It adopts sapphire flat flash port and radio frequency-ice anti-aging technology to make the whole process cool and comfortable. It can help the whole face to resist aging by lifting, firming, and reducing wrinkles, and solves a series of problems such as excessive temperature, unbearable pain, and redness and sensitivity of the skin when consumers use the beauty device at home. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The handle design on the top of the G20 perfectly fits the curvature of the user's palm, providing a more comfortable and natural grip. The increase in the radio-frequency head area of the beauty instrument makes it more efficient to use; and the ingenious design of the extension of the electrode pad area on the side of the electrode head can easily cover the face area that is difficult to cover with traditional beauty instruments, such as fine lines under the eyes, nasolabial folds and other narrow areas of the face, making the experience more convenient and efficient. The clear mode and button arrangement and the indication area division of the gear intensity change lights are intuitive and easy to understand. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Its exclusive radio frequency-ice anti-aging technology, with 0.8-2.5Mhz ultra-wide frequency conversion, provides 3D three-dimensional deep penetration into the dermis of the face, and fully activates collagen regeneration. And it has three beauty modes: lift mode, full face mode, and special eye care mode. Besides, most of the process of the whole machine adopts the IMR and IML injection molding process. In terms of the integration of the new process and product functions and shapes, we have made many adjustments and modifications, and finally found a balance point. In order to achieve the invisible flowing light effect of the side shell, we integrated the light texture into the iml foil film printing, which reduced the structural space occupied by the traditional process, and saved the internal structural space and the traditional mold development cost.
